Anglesea Heights is a stunning new boutique residence (2 independent private levels) offering first class accommodation along the Great Ocean Road region.
The property is available for discerning guests seeking a combination of luxury and ambience for a perfect holiday. Enjoy magnificent panoramic ocean/coastal views, expansive living areas and the easy 5 minute walk to patrolled main beach of Anglesea.
ANGLESEA HEIGHTS is truly one of the best luxury properties along the GREAT OCEAN ROAD in ANGLESEA. Why not choose either the luxury and private of Skyline level (upper level) or the Horizon level (lower level) with varied tariffs depending on how many guests. Both levels have expansive ocean views and each with their own private street entrance. Linen is provided for couples.
THE SKYLINE is strictly for couples only and is fully self-contained with spa ensuite and serviced weekly.
THE HORIZON includes 2 or 3 bedrooms accommodating 4 or 5 guests, making it ideal for two couples or a young family. It has limited cooking facilities which include a small oven, 2 hot plates, large fridge and dishwasher.
Note that both levels are generally not leased together.

Bookings Details:
Minimum Stay: Two nights. (Single nights by special arrangement with surcharge). Longer minimums apply at peak times such as Christmas, Easter and long holiday weekends.
Deposit: 50% for two night bookings. $200 minimum deposit for longer bookings. Christmas/New Year bookings require balance to be paid by Dec 1.
Cancellation Terms: Up to 50% of the total booking may be charged unless the vacancy is refilled by other guests.
