The house has 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a fresh drinking water dispenser, dryer, washing machine, spa bath, toiletries, linen and towels, 50 plasma TV with digital reception, movies, DVD players, wireless internet access and books.
There is a courtyard and a picnic area with large tables and bench seats, a tennis court and sporting equipment.
No smoking permitted inside the house and no pets allowed.
